The experience has exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, comfort, and speed. The staff are friendly and open. The waiting area and procedure rooms clean. Dr. Jeff was patient, explained everything, and the pain non-existent. My anxiety was eased quickly. The bill was explained, and the procedure scheduled according to my needs.
Ever since Dr. Staley-Henne first started his practice here in Paris, he has gone out of his way to help me feel comfortable. He began by allowing me to have an appointment just to get comfortable with him and ask some questions.
He has made me more comfortable with dental appointments, and most recently I had a marathon appointment for the replacement of 2 old crowns. Instead of the appointment being the anticipated 2 hours and 15 minutes, he and his chairside assistant got it done in an hour and a half!!!!!!!!

So, I’ve spent a few times at the dentist this last month. Root Canal, temporary crown, and my permanent (your highness) crown. Today I finally had what I originally thought was all I needed, a cleaning. I still have one visit left in coming days, the dreaded wisdom tooth extraction. Sigh. With all this said, I want to let you know what excellent care I have received and how comfortable all staff – from the office ladies, to dental hygienists, to Dr. Staley-Henne himself, have made me feel. If you’re looking for dentistry care, I have nothing but good to say about Sugar Creek Dental Care. I know many of us experience anxiety over dentistry and I’m no exception. I experience a lot when it comes to that. I have been taken care of well and am more at ease each time I go.
